The Avis Special Account Program (ASAP) is a vehicle availability guarantee scheme normally reserved for only the most frequent travelers. Today we can announce that we have negotiated the eligibility of all of our valued OneDrive clients. Now there is never such a thing as SOLD OUT!

  • Q: Who can I contact to make a booking?
    A: You have two options, you can call the 0800 655 111 or click here to access your unique online booking site.
  • Q: Who can update my Preferred membership?
    A: You can email our database team at [email protected], they will be able to update all of your membership details.
  • Q: I need to extend my rental. Who do I contact?
    A: You will need to contact the location that you rented the vehicle from. You will find this on your rental agreement.
  • Q: I would like to know more about the rates and conditions I have access to?
    A: Too easy! You can access all of this through your on line booking too. Click here to find out more.
  • Q: I would like to set up a new account with Avis as I am a new customer and UBT member. Who do I need to contact?

  • Q: I would like to know what time your Auckland locational opens at? Who do I call?
    A: You can contact our reservations team on 0800 655 111. They will be able to help you would all location enquiries.
  • Q: I was in a rush when I returned my car to Auckland airport and I didn’t have time to get a receipt. How can I get one?
    A: You can access all of your invoices on line by clicking here (you will need your booking number or your rental agreement number) or you can call customer care on 0800 800 511.
